License
The app uses Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. This page explains the subscription and does not replace that agreement.
Access and billing
An active subscription is required to start new recordings. Existing materials remain available to view, play, edit, export and retranscribe without an active subscription. Available plans, local prices, billing periods and any eligible introductory offer are shown in the app’s Apple purchase flow. An offer is available only when Apple confirms eligibility; do not assume that every user receives a trial.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges the Apple Account and handles renewals. If an eligible trial is accepted, it converts to the displayed paid subscription unless cancelled in time. Manage or cancel in Apple subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Restore, refunds and your content
Restore Purchases checks eligible Apple transactions. Refund requests are handled by Apple. Cancelling renewal normally preserves access through the verified current period; refunds or revocations can affect access. Restoring purchases does not restore recordings. You are responsible for permission to record and share content, and for checking transcript accuracy.
